Volume discounts: Makes sense - a customer purchasing 195 licenses receives a better unit price than the same type of customer purchasing only 10 licenses. We also take into consideration if it is price effective to jump to the next volume level. For example purchasing 195 licenses may be more expensive than purchasing 200 licenses at the next discount level.
Maintenance Update Lengths: We will provide a quote that includes options for 1, 2, and 3 years of maintenance updates. There are incentives for purchasing licenses with multiple years of maintenance updates. Better to give you these options up front so that you can make an informed decision.
Customer Type: There are discounts for Educational, Charity, Government and Healthcare organizations. This may require proof of eligibility.
Renewal: There are discounts for customers renewing their licenses. This may require proof of eligibility.
Promotional Discounts: At times promotional or special discounts may be offered and may also be time sensitive.
Protection of Investment: Customers can incrementally purchase licenses and these additional licenses will counts toward a combined volume discount. The additional purchase has a new license file which must then be save onto the customer’s computer. The length of maintenance can be different and will have different maintenance update expiration dates.
